For small teams, 5–10 housekeepers can cover 10–20 homes daily. Team Leaders/Supervisors Role: Oversee cleaning staff, ensure task completion, and maintain quality standards. Skills Needed: Leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspect work and provide feedback. Number: 1 supervisor per 5–10 cleaning staff. Customer Service Representatives Role: Manage client inquiries, bookings, and feedback. Coordinate cleaning schedules with clients and staff. Skills Needed: Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with scheduling tools or CRM systems. Number: 1–2 representatives for smaller teams, scaling as needed. Field Coordinators/Dispatchers Role: Assign cleaning teams to homes, optimize schedules, and address last-minute changes or issues. Skills Needed: Scheduling and logistics expertise. Problem-solving skills. Number: 1 coordinator for every 10 cleaning staff.
